34th Street Neighborhood

Currently under construction, 34th Street Neighborhood is a Boulder Housing Partners development comprising 44 permanently affordable attached single-family homes within a vibrant community setting. The project includes four 8-plex buildings, three 4-plex buildings, and a detached community building featuring exposed timber framing elements. In collaboration with Sopher Sparn Architects and Deneuve Construction, the structural design supports durable, efficient housing rooted in long-term affordability.
