Mission

Thoughtful structural engineering grounded in trust — supporting design intent, constructability, and budget at every stage.

Practice

Correlate Structural Engineering was established by Tom Mohr after many years of practicing structural engineering and construction management in Colorado’s Front Range and mountain communities. Correlate has grown into a highly capable team of six, leveraging our boutique studio size to provide a focused, project-specific design approach.

The Correlate team brings extensive structural design experience across a range of project types, including multi-family and affordable housing developments, commercial and community spaces, historic renovations, and custom single-family homes. We utilize Autodesk Revit™ for 3D structural modeling and close coordination with architects and project teams.

Correlate values early conceptual and schematic collaboration with architects, contractors, and owners to understand each project’s goals and constraints. This early engagement allows us to develop clear, efficient structural solutions that support design intent while remaining efficient and buildable, contributing to successful project outcomes.

As a small, focused practice, we remain directly involved throughout the design and construction process.
