KGNU Community Radio- New Downtown Boulder Headquarters

Under construction in Downtown Boulder, this project reimagines a historic two-story masonry building as the new headquarters for KGNU Community Radio. The renovation introduces new studio spaces, a public café, and community gathering areas, anchored by a vaulted performance venue and rooftop terrace. Working closely with Coburn Architecture and Coburn Construction, the design carefully weaves new structure into the existing masonry and timber fabric while supporting contemporary performance needs.
