The Grove at Cottonwood- Broomfield Housing Alliance

Currently under construction for Broomfield Housing Alliance, The Grove at Cottonwood is a 40-unit neuro-inclusive affordable housing community in Broomfield, Colorado. The development includes five one-, two-, and three-story buildings anchored by a shared community space. In collaboration with Caddis Collaborative, Deneuve Construction, and Blueline Development, the structural design prioritizes durability, efficiency, and inclusive residential living.
